Shipping Policy

• All orders will be shipped UPS ground or USPS Priority unless otherwise requested.
• Customer is responsible for shipping charges unless otherwise noted.
• UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes, please provide a physical address.
• We are not responsible for packages once they are shipped.
• We will not ship to mail forwarding services.

Returns

• All sales are final
• Customer is responsible for return shipping charges unless otherwise noted.
• A customer may return a product in exchange for another of like value if the product was unreasonably damaged prior to opening packaging
• Given the nature of limited production runs, Skaterbuilt cannot guarantee limited run products will be exchanged for the same deck
